A River’s Ridge home package includes the key pieces needed to make your home move-in ready: drawings, engineering, permitting, project coordination, foundation, construction, finishes, appliances, and final handover. The base price also includes a drilled well, septic system, driveway, and pad allowance.
Each Sprout can also be configured to better suit your needs. We can adjust the size, window placements, doors, layout details, and selected finishes to help the home fit the way you want to live.
Decks, patios, and landscaping are not included in the base package, but we’re happy to build them to your wishes as part of the overall project.
